This versatile app serves a dual purpose, catering to both team members and service users. Team members gain access to a comprehensive overview of all users and can delve into specific aspects of their rehabilitation journeys. On the other side, service users have a powerful tool at their disposal. They can utilize the application to track their well-being, maintain a personal journal, stay organized with their appointments, contacts, and goals—all while engaging in these activities through a user-friendly gamified approach.
